This training system is more effective than the conventional method, which uses Trainers. To start training, players must use an Exercise Weapon on a Dummy.

The Exercise Weapons have 1,400 charges, equivalent to 2 hours of training, and can be obtained in various ways: by completing the rotation boss or via the task shop.
