We understand that it is impossible to create a set of rules that covers every possible infraction and its corresponding punishment. Therefore, we reserve the right for our staff to apply the appropriate punishment at their discretion. If you encounter any situation not listed here, please contact the staff before taking any action.
| | 1. | Bots & Macros | | | a) | The automation of PvP actions (such as auto healing, auto equip ring, attack target and rune target) and automated hunting actions (cavebot) inserted into the game through bots (such as OTclient Bot, vBot, Rifbot) or macros and other tools are not allowed. | | b) | The automation of rune creation is allowed (eat food and make rune); however, features that automatically enter the protection zone or automatically log out when another player appears on screen are forbidden. |
| | | | 2. | Players | | | a) | Killing characters without a "skull" mark will add frags to the offending player; if accumulated, these may trigger an automatic temporary ban. | | b) | Blocking any area of the game with multiple characters or objects is allowed (anything that cannot be done will be prevented by the system itself). | | c) | Gameplay weaknesses must be reported and the staff will release updates to correct those issues, regardless of any player's actions. |
| | | | 3. | Team | | | a) | It is not permissible to threaten a gamemaster because of their actions or position as a gamemaster. | | b) | It is not allowed to impersonate a gamemaster or attempt to influence a gamemaster's decisions. | | c) | You may not intentionally provide wrong or misleading information to a gamemaster regarding an investigation, or file false reports about rule violations. |
| | | | 4. | Statements & Incitement | | | a) | It is not allowed to advertise or promote brands, products or services from third parties. | | b) | It is forbidden to post offers unrelated to the game (e.g. "Selling brand new smartphone for $100", "Selling my streaming subscription"). | | c) | It is forbidden to encourage other players to break any rule. | | d) | Sharing personal information of any player (such as real name, address, phone number, credit card number, email address, marital status, sexual orientation, health conditions, financial situation, etc.) is not allowed. | | e) | It is forbidden to harass or threaten players in real life based on their in-game actions. | | f) | Any form of boycott against the server is not allowed. |
| | | | 5. | Donors | | | a) | Donating does not grant you any special immunity against any kind of punishment. You will still face the same consequences as anyone else. | | b) | Donations made during this season will not carry over to future seasons, nor are they valid for other servers related to HolyOT. | | c) | Each member of our team involved in receiving and managing donations is compensated hourly (R$ 100 / 1 hour). | | d) | We do not offer any refunds, as all content we produce is digital and much of it has a predetermined duration that begins as soon as the donation is made. | | e) | If a contributor attempts to reverse a donation directly through the payment gateway (Mercado Pago or Stripe), all items and characters associated with the chargeback will be permanently removed from the game. |

| | | | 3. | Equipe | | | a) | Não é permitido ameaçar um gamemaster por causa de suas ações ou posição como gamemaster. | | b) | Não é permitido fingir ser um gamemaster ou influenciar as decisões de um gamemaster. | | c) | Você não pode intencionalmente dar informações erradas ou enganosas a um gamemaster sobre suas investigações ou fazer relatórios falsos sobre violações de regras. |
| | | | 4. | Declarações e Incitações | | | a) | Não é permitida a divulgação de marcas ou ofertas de produtos ou serviços de terceiros. | | b) | Não é permitido fazer ofertas que não estejam relacionadas ao jogo (por exemplo, "Vender smartphone novo por R$ 100", "Vender minha assinatura x streaming"). | | c) | Não é permitido incitar outros jogadores ao descumprimento de qualquer regra. | | d) | Não é permitido compartilhar informações pessoais (nome real, endereço, número de telefone, número do cartão de crédito, endereço de e-mail, estado civil, orientação sexual, condições de saúde, situação financeira e etc) de nenhum jogador. | | e) | Não é permitido assediar ou ameaçar jogadores na vida real por conta de suas ações dentro de jogo. | | f) | Não é permitido qualquer tipo de boicotes contra o servidor. |
| | | | 5. | Doadores | | | a) | A doação não lhe concede nenhuma imunidade especial contra qualquer tipo de punição. | | b) | As doações feitas nesta temporada não serão contabilizadas para temporadas futuras, nem são válidas para outros servidores relacionados ao HolyOT. | | c) | Cada membro de nossa equipe que atua no recebimento e administração das doações é remunerado por hora (R$ 100 / 1 hora). | | d) | Não realizamos nenhum tipo de "reembolso", pois todo conteúdo que produzimos é digital e muitos deles com tempo pré determinado de duração, que inicia após a doação ser efetuada. | | e) | Caso os contribuidores se arrependam e tentem reaver a doação diretamente no Gateway de pagamento (Mercado Pago ou Stripe) todos os itens e personagens relacionados ao extorno serão removidos do jogo. |
