This training system is more effective than the conventional method, which uses Trainers. To start training, players must use an Exercise Weapon on a Dummy.

The Exercise Weapons have 1,400 charges, equivalent to 2 hours of training, and can be obtained in various ways: by completing the rotation boss, participating in raids, through the roulette system, or via the task shop.

The Lasting Weapons have greater durability: 8,000 charges, equivalent to 8 hours of training, and can
only be obtained through the Store System.
